Terms & Service Rules

📝 Booking & Payment Policy

  • Service Booking available for 24 hours.
  • 30% payment must be made in advance after booking confirmation.
  • A minimum service charge of ₹200 applies to all bookings.

💰 Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • ₹200 visit charge will be deducted if work is cancelled after worker's visit, regardless of reason.
  • If work is cancelled after starting but less than 30% completed: 50% refund (after deducting visit charge).
  • No refund if work is 40% or more completed (unless due to worker's fault).
  • If worker refuses to complete work: Payment only for the actual work done will be charged.
  • Full refunds (minus visit charge) available for cancellations made at least 6 hours before scheduled service.

🛠 Service Guarantee

  • We guarantee all our services for 7 days after completion.
  • Any issues must be reported within this period for free rectification.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages.

🏡 Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide clear access to the service area.
  • Secure pets during service visits.
  • Notify us of any special requirements in advance.
  • Make full payment before service begins as per our policy.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • No refunds will be processed for completed work (40% or more).
  • Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Disputes will be resolved based on worker's report and photographic evidence.
